To listen to your calls;
- Login to NinjaCat at https://app.ninjacat.io/login using your credentials
- Calls can be listened to in the client dashboard. Select Accounts and find your client. Click on the Dashboard Box shown below.
3. The client dashboard has a tab labeled Calls. This tab ONLY appears when there is at least one call in your selected time period. Click on the Calls tab.
4. Then click on the speaker in the Listen column of the call you would like to review.
